The BCVA in RE was 6/36 with correction of -3.00 DS/-1.25DC @ 90 and in LE was 6/60 with correction of -3.5 DS/-1.75 DC @ 170. On examination ; pendular nystagmus and iris transillumination defect was present in both eyes , rest examination of anterior segment was within normal limits. The fundus examination revealed absence of retinal pigmentation thus visualising choroidal vasculature and foveal hypoplasia.
