Abstract
22 yr old male patient with history of Corona virus infection came with complaints of flashes followed by sudden painless loss of vision of right eye. Ocular examination showed vision in right eye -1/60 , left eye 6/6 & Grade 1 RAPD in right eye .On fundus examination of right eye Central retinal artery occlusion was noted with cilio -retinal artery sparing. OCT revealed right eye macular thinning on comparison to left eye.ECHO and CT reports -within normal limits. Anticoagulants and antiplatelets were given and patient was treated conservatively. Visual acuity worsening was observed on further follow up examinations .Wide variety of ocular complications are seen following COVID infection. Ophthalmological evaluation should be made mandatory so as to prevent complications.
