Abstract
We present a rare case report of a 20 year old female presented to us with complains of diminision of vision in right eye since3 years.History of trauma with wooden board in right eye 16 years back. Her BCVA was PL PR inaccurate in right eye and 6/6 in left eye. Pupil was sluggishly reacting to light and IOP was 19 and 17mmhg in right and left eye respectively. Anterior segment was unremarkable.On examination a 4*5mm vascular tumor with dilated and tortuous feeder vessels and associated with surrounding sub retinal fluid reaching upto the inferior arcuate was seen in the infer-temporal region.MRI brain and abdomen was done to rule out other systemic associations. Patient was further send to neurology department for further assessment and was kept on for periodic examination.
