Abstract

A case of 10 year old female patient presented to ophthalmic opd with complain of pain and burning since 10 days and diminision of vision since childhood. On examination BE corneal degeneration, ac and pupil details were hazy, iris aniridia, with subluxated lens, and horizontal nystagmus in BE with full movement. Iop was raised RE 15mmhg and LE 32mmhg. Was successful in lowering IOP by conservative treatment without surgical intervention
