Abstract

During the covid pandemic, it was not possible to follow the PRN dosage after the loading dose of 5 injections. So treat and extend method was used in majority of patients. We compared the efficacy of treat and extend and compared with our previous patients in whom PRN dosing was used after initial 3 injections loading dose. 50 patients from 2019 were studied retrospectively. No significant difference in logMAR vision outcome was observed.
