Abstract
This paper describes the fundus changes in patient with subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE). A 17 year old male referred by neurology department with the complaint of diminution of vision has fundus finding of atypical unilateral chorioretinitis as the ocular manifestation of SSPE, a delayed neurological complication of measles. The diagnosis of SSPE was made by typical EEG changes and high titer of measles antibody in serum and CSF. The affected right eye has feature of chorioretinitis, macular pigment disturbance .
