Abstract
DR. AMAR PUJARI
In strabismus and amblyopia clinics the need for imaging is very less. However, with the introduction of computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound bio-microscopy, anterior as well as posterior optical coherence tomography and optical coherence tomography angiography, the concepts are changing. Beginning from research purposes, these imaging can now be clinically used for patient benefits. The chief instructor and co-instructors have worked on these modalities since last few years and therefore, through this course, the instructors intend to provide a detailed insight on imaging in strabismic and amblyopic eyes. The clinical indication, research benefit and novel insights will be discussed.
