Abstract
Hard cataracts ,small pupils compromised corneas and subluxed lenses even in the era of FLACS are still the major stumbling blocks for ophthalmologists. These need a structured approach and a surgical plan.Which surgical device, hook or ring to reply, which CTR to use and when, whether to do a combined DSAEK or separately will be taught. How a cataract surgeon can simply do endothelial transplants will be taught.
Should we use FLACS in very hard cataracts or will SICS give us quicker and faster visual recovery, technology for the sake of it or to generate better outcomes.
