Abstract

After cataract or posterior capsular opacification is a gradual clouding of the lens capsule which causes disturbance in vision after cataract surgery. It is the most common complication following surgery which can be easily treated with Nd:YAG posterior capsulotomy.

These patient’s IOL were exchanged years later in different situations and the patient regained good visual acuity. This video shows that with timely use of proper vitreoretinal techniques excellent visual outcome can be achieved in complicated cataract surgeries
