Abstract
Aim: ocular manifestation of covid presents as a diagnostic challenge because of its varied clinical presentations. Multimodal imaging(MMI) relies on combination of multiple imaging modalities to precisely delineate pathological changes in the eye associated with a wide range of conditions. Multimodal imaging provides useful data to be introduced into clinical practice.
Methods and results: Fundus photo, fundus autofluorescence, OCT, Fundus fluorescein angiography (FA) was done in all cases of Retinitis, PAMM, retinal haemorrhage, scleritis and microangiopathy and indocyanine green angiography (ICG), optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) was done in selected cases. MMI highlighted retinal telangiectatic changes in the post covid retinitis in addition to indepth analysis of retinal haemorrhages and cotton wool spots
Conclusions: To highlights the uses of multimodal imaging in the diagnosis and management of post covid ocular manifestations and its sequelae
