Abstract
Tenon’s tissue with good tensile strength, pliability and availability becomes a valuable resource for patch graft in small corneal perforations. In our series we extended this tectonic use of tenon’s tissue to other cases with corneal melts, including Mooren’s ulcer, leaking cicatrix, persistent epithelial defect, and small perforation, giving anatomical success. TPG is less resource-intensive and more long-standing than cyanoacrylate glue and multilayered amniotic grafts thus can be considered a viable option for issue building.
