Mean FBS and HBA1c levels in diabetic retinopathy group were 158.39±42.89 mg/dl and 8.6±2.03.The mean Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,Platelet distribution width and Mean Platelet Volume in diabetic group were 4.94±1.88,18.23±1.47% and12.23±1.53fl respectively when compared with healthy controls.Study was found to be statistically significant.
Conclusion:Our study found that NLR,PDW and MPV helps in predicting the prognosis of DR patients
